King’s Jaunt

Here it comes…yet another meandering, delicately-woven path through the Highlands and Bylands…this time I take the parents along.

No, I wasn’t hatched, as you might have previously thought – though an incubator was certainly involved. And a humidifier, and a hair dryer…

Be back before you know it, with some pictures, stories, and twisted American visions of an atavistic, agrarian world. Hopefully this time we won’t be kicked out.

See you soon!

Isn't atavistic just a teeny bit rude? growing stuff isn't actually backward as an activity…

Nope, it's not rude at all, and I certainly didn't mean it that way.
The reappearance of a characteristic in an organism after several generations of absence, usually caused by the chance recombination of genes.
An individual or a part that exhibits atavism. Also called throwback.
The return of a trait or recurrence of previous behavior after a period of absence.

But 'D' poop is an entirely different matter. It's sweet smelling and plays a major life role, his hair wouldn't be the fine specimen it is today without it!
He was born with hair like that donchaknow, so the poop is paramount. Paramount phollicle poop! sorry bad pun
How else could one explain it?!?
    😉

I guess being an American myself, I have no idea of these visions you speak of.

Oh, I was just referring to my own twisted descriptions and thoughts on the things I usually see up there.
That Damn Yank, you know. 🙂
