Thanks, L. I'm having TWO turkeys this time around.
But what I wouldn't give for some mushrooms.
    And cheese.

Happy T-Day, and as a newly-converted vegetarian I would like to assure all the turkeys of the world that they are safe as far as I am concerned.
The stuffing, however, had better find an escape route toot suite.

I absolve you of your vegetarianism, and remind you that not only is eating meat a healthy practice, but it's fun, too!

Yeah, but it isn't fun for the animal. That's my real issue – it isn't so much a problem with humans eating animals as it is the fact that we treat them so badly before we do. Organic meat from the farmer's market, something where I can find out that the animals have been treated well, would be a viable option for me.
But I never ate much meat anyway, and I hardly miss it, though I think I will be unable to resist a corned beef on rye when I get back to the states. With mustard. Damn, this Kraft Mac & Cheese has lost its savor. 🙂

We don't have Thanksgiving here, but I'd like to wish you a happy one nonetheless. : )
